The hotel's location near Hoan Kiem Lake and various food courts is very convenient. The rooms, although with a sitting room, needed better cleaning as they smelled damp and like old wet socks. The service from the staff was professional and friendly, particularly helpful in booking budget-friendly day tour packages. The dining experience, while below average in quality, offered a good range to cater to tourists. Overall, the facilities could use improvement.
